importing quicktime into final cut express problem

Hi,

I just got fc express.I tried importing a quicktime movie i made in flash but it just flickers a bit but mostly remains static. Is it something simple I am missing?

ok sorry for being such an impulsive noobie,

I fixed it, i had exported from flash but I had animated using action scripting and it ended up exporting into quick time as as an animation rather than a movie. I did it the long way and it works. Thanks to all ten people who read my thread

Hi. I've done several projects envolving moving flash files into final cut pro (same for express). I just exported to quicktime from flash. I then got a 8k or so media link file. I opened that in Quicktime pro and exported to quicktime from there. Then I imported it into final cut regularly. The key is to raster the image in Quicktime so that it is true video, not vector motion.
