I have an Unmanaged iPhone running iOS 9 and I would like to import these policies to my phone.
Is there anyway to do this?

I heard that the Apple IPhone Configurator no longer exist to achieve this...

So is there any other way?

Thanks

You can just send these files to your phone, for instance via email or iCloud Drive. The configurator still exists, it is called Apple Configurator now and available in the App Store.

It's not there in the App Store.
And also it needs to installed on an Mac OS machine first which I don't have.

I see, I assumed that you were talking about the Mac app. What happens when you try to open the files on your iPhone?
