iPad Impossible to edit with Copytrans Manager...

Hi everybody

I am on Windows 7 64 bit with Ipad 11.2.6 and IPod Nano.

I just downloaded CopyTrans Manager for my Ipad and Ipod.

My problem: I can’t edit, for example to change the number of stars in a song or the name of an album.

For instance, I select a song, right click, I select "edit", the editing window opens but it is impossible to enter anything, the fields remain empty !

Can you advise me ?

Something about the preferences setting ?
