Hi,

I upgraded the WiFi and Bluetooth on my cMP 5,1 2010, to a BCM943602CDPAX card. Everything works great, including continuity and handoff. However, when I connect my AirPods Pro, the connectivity is a bit flaky, I randomly lose audio signal for very brief periods of time, when 5-6 feet away from Mac (I work standing up, at my desk).

Is there a way to improve the Bluetooth signal? All PCI slots are taken, so I cannot add an external antenna.

That is a nice idea to pull it through the case like you did. What kind of antenna is that @IndioX

i use this adapter:

and this antenna - with the 2,5m cable you can place it near your keyboard and mouse
