I hate how peer to peer Apple Pay is set up. Using iMessage doesn’t feel like the best approach.

I wish there was a way to open the wallet app and send money through the wallet. It would be cool to have it set up like AirDrop.

AirDrop cash to each other would be nice.

Makes sense to me. In the messages app you send all kinds of things, now you can also send money.

Sometimes I send money to people barely know (splitting a bill for group dinner). I don’t necessarily want to save their number just to send them money.

On competing platforms (Venmo) I can send people money with their username or using the nearby feature.

I’m not saying Apple Pay iMessage shouldn’t exist, but I sure hope apple gives us more ways to send money.

Not saying this has anything to do with it (it's just a patent). But it could be used for it and help you with your first issue.
