iOS In-app purchase cost split?

Hi,

got a question about in-app purchase and how the cost splitting work? I am wondering about the books apps.

Say I got the book from the publisher for $19.99 and then they sell it in the ibookstore for $24.99

Now, my question. How does Apple do the maths? Do they take 30% of my margin of $4.99 or 30% of all $24.99 ?
