iPhone In app purchase refund?

I bought a video on cameo but it’s about to expire does the balance go back to use only on app or does it go into iTunes balance? I used iTunes with a credit card?

Looking at their terms and conditions, it makes it clear that each video lasts 90 days and then it’s gone. You purchased a license for said video of 90 days and you have to contact them to extend.

I’m guessing that’s what you mean by “expire”.

If it’s not a video but a request, then again the terms and conditions make it clear that you get a credit on the Cameo marketplace to use on another request.

You should not however expect to receive any form of credit back to your AppleId account.

Hi yes I think you can download it to your phone to keep dont think it expires then?

Issue is the celebs have not done the video and they only get 7 days before I get a refund so will it go to my iTunes credit?
