iPhone In mail app shows something that's not ticked

Since iOS 12 in mail app on my X I have "all trash" etc with the blue dot enabled to show in my list from my mailboxes.

However even though it's not ticket/enabled "conversation history", whatever that is, always shows from Hotmail account.

I've enabled/disenabled it, restarted app, restarted iPhone etc etc. It's annoying. Is this now normal? Didn't do this on iOS 11.

No one else then? I've quit app, restarted etc, is this just my account?

Well this is getting annoying it's listing things in my "ticked" list randomly, without a restart just appearing.

I've changed nothing on the setup, this was an update to iOS 12 and no settings changed externally.

It's always an outlook options that reappearing, specifically "drafts" and "conversation history"

Anyone help me out phrase or is this issue only me?
