I took a few in my apt - but don't want to share those as we're in the middle of renovations. But I was really impressed with how the automated functionality works with the new version. I took shots of an area with a bright lamp and the overall image didn't show any "burning" AND you could see all the dark areas as if there was plenty of light or a fill flash. In short - a great job.

It also has a function which lets you choose two photos from your photo roll. I took two pics this weekend on my bike ride. You can see the job the app did. Again - great results. Sure it's not the same as using photoshop or other major software on a desktop - but for on the fly HDR - it's a great app..

And no - I am in NO way affiliated with the developer...

I have to admit, i also love this app. Probably my favorite camera app. Especially for outdoor shots. The update makes it easier to take HDR photos. You only hold it still as opposed to moving your finger to find bright/dark spots. I have an example of a photo i did, but it wouldn't do any good because i don't have the bright/dark photos to show the full results.

Highly recommend this to everyone! :D

Must admit, I'm impressed with this app. I picked this up this morning after reading about and the recent update on one of my RSS feeds. Clever stuff and easy to use. Can see me getting a lot of use out of it.

Unfortunately the app crashes for me every time I try to use it. I'm going to try deleting it, restarting my iPhone and then reinstalling it. I have been very impressed with the reviews of this app so far and really want to try it.

Who phone/os are you running. I'm on an i4 with 4.0 and not jailbroken. I haven't had a single crash. I would definitely try deleting/re-installing...

I have an iPhone 4 but I just remembered that I'm running the latest iOS 4.1 beta. So, maybe that has something to do with it. I deleted it and reinstalled it to no avail. :(

Could be the 4.1 beta - since you have that - you might contact the developer to let them know and to see an ETA on their update when 4.1 is released in the wild. Unfortunately - since it's not in the wild - no doubt you'll have to wait a bit...

Just purchased this.

Definitely not as good in this particular example IMO.

Very nice! I'm jealous...I really want this app to work on my iPhone. Hopefully the next update will work for me.

Thanks for the heads up on this gem. ;)
Just purchased it myself too and so far so good.

Although lots of reviews seems to indicate that the app crashes while processing the images, I've had no such problem. Several pictures taken for testing and all is well on iPhone 4 with 4.0.1, jailbroken, if that makes any difference..

Scroll up. I added a TrueHDR example. TrueHDR has a better icon and a prettier interface, but for these source images the result was inferior to ProHDR.
