iPhone 17 Pro Max In store pickup progress and question…

Hey all…

Anyone else picking up in store and what is your progress as of now midday pacific time day before launch?

I went to a store and he said I would see “ready for pickup” today. That didn’t make sense but he’s working for apple and I’m not.

Instead I just see processing and a hold on my card for the entire amount of the item.

This is my first year preordering I usually just wing it and hunt one down.

Any other experiences would be great.
 
Have the same experience. Pick up for tomorrow, but app still shows Processing. Wish it could show tracking so we can see status. Card was charged couple days ago.

Y’all won’t see anything update until later this evening. Maybe even tomorrow morning. I’m guessing they’ll start switching to ready for pick up once the store is close to closing.

This is my first time doing ISPU for the iPhone launch but my understanding is that it will change to Ready For Pickup later this evening ahead of pickup tomorrow, YMMV if your pickup time is later in the day though.

Mine still shows as Processing too with the Tax still pending on my account from the Get Ready to Pre-Order last Tuesday..
 
Yeah I am in for 8:15am pickup on the strip so I’ll just go in with faith.

I lied when I said this was my first in store. Last year someone sent me a gift card and it turned into a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

They refused to sell it to me and I negotiated for six hours to get it.

So first time with it paid properly.
 
mine is still showing "processing", and the sales tax that showed pending for a week on my Apple Card is no longer showing, but that is standard operating procedure for pending charges ... I expect either late today or tomorrow morning it will say "ready for pickup" ...

What store? Ill be in line at the Forum shops hoping to score and orange PM.

Fashion show. Forum shops was closed for a bit for air conditioning repair and I was not certain it was open so went fashion show. I’ll stream Fremont with it that night. I can’t self promote but on my YouTube there’s a video of my horrible experience at apple last year and also I stream with iPhone every weekend.

Name of the channel is in my icon here.
 
I have an 8am pickup slot at my local Apple Store

It’s now 1am local time and order still says “processing”… usually by the day before I received the email/notifcation saying ready for pickup.

A buddy of mine has a 9:45am pickup at the other Apple Store that’s in town and his says “ready for pickup”
 
I have a 3pm pick up but still shows processing as well. I’m planning to wing it and show up earlier than my scheduled pick up time once status moves to Ready for Pickup

I still have the pending taxes charge on my Apple Card from Sunday and I was just charged the first payment on the citizen one loan for the iPhone Upgrade Program

Order still in “processing”
 
Mines shows as “in process” as of 11:34pm PST. My slot is 2:30-2:45. I realized I have an appointment at 2pm… won’t be able to make it to 3pm. They charged my debit card on Sunday/monday, but released the hold. So not sure what’s going on.


I hope they let me in still. 😢😢😢😂😂😂

Let us know how that goes. I have ISPU for 4:00 & am still at Processing. The order says that the phone won’t be available for pick up until the check in time. I live in a smaller area & our Apple Store is rarely jammed with people so I’m wondering if they would allow an earlier pick up if not busy
 
Mine changed at 8pm yesterday. This is just 12 hrs 15 minutes before the 815am pickup.

It just went from processing to ready for pickup in one shot.

Predictably no one told security that Apple was opening early. I was able to snag one for in store pickup later today when they released inventory this morning so I’m at least guaranteed a phone today. Figure I’ll sit outside until I get in and just try and get my order early. I’ll have to check out your channel; I’m a sucker for Vegas content!
 
5 am west coast time and now showing ready for pickup - right on time!

I'll have my sushi lunch and then walk over to the Apple Store for my Air!

I've been able to get into the fashion show mall here on the las vegas strip at 7am repeatedly. At night they are fast to lock the doors.

In the morning I think they allow for mall walkers.

If you are in vegas, there is a door that faces spring mountain road.

it is near the Dicks Sporting Goods entrance by the parking.

It seems to be open.

For the Forum Shopps, understand they put a simple barricade up from the casino, you can walk past that and tell them it is the apple store you are going to.

Town Square and Downtown Summerlin are outdoors entrances of course.

In line right now at 11am PST trying to see if I can get mine earlier than the 3pm. Status shows it’s ready for pickup 🤞

was thinking of heading over two hours early in my area. let me know what they say. also, how's the walk in line look? looks like 17 pro is readily available here.
