Page wouldn’t load for me this morning for a half hour, and when the phone I wanted was later in Oct I just closed the page. I’ll see about upgrading my phone later or in store.

I couldn’t find info online. It may exist but I’m not good at searching, apparently.

1) can you buy a phone in store and trade in a device?

2) does apple offer the same military discounts in store that they do online?

Anyone know how long do you have to trade in a device and have the trade in value credited to your payment method used to purchase a newer device?

Brought a 15PM last Monday with intent of trading in an older device. Didn’t do it at the store since I wanted to make sure the 15PM wouldn’t be a lemon. Curious how long do I have to trade in my older device and have the value credited to the CC I used to purchase the 15PM.
