In the market for a new monitor for graphics

So i have been searching around everywhere for a monitor that would be nice on my wallet, but will provide a very good quality image, response time, etc... I have been learning the basics about contrast ratio, response time and what not. Is there anything i should primarily looking for? I mainly do Graphic design, and desktop publishing. I noticed the ACD's dont seem THAT great for their price, compared to others with a much lower price. I have been searching around and want one around 22" and i came across this one.

But then i also found this one, which was ALOT cheaper, with a lot lower contrast ratio. Would this be a bad thing for myself?

To be honest, I have not found any good reviews on Acer displays for Design Professionals.

I'm going to go back to the Dell UltraSharp 2407 WFP-HC. From what I have researched (and it has been a lot), the best going displays (priced from lowest to highest) for Graphic Design are:

BenQ FP241W
Dell Ultra Sharp 2407 WFP-HC
Apple Cinema Display
LaCie 319
Eizo FlexScan

The dells havebeen great... I'm currently running a 24" LG that I love.

IMO no matter what you get, invest in a calibration tool (Spyder, Huey, etc). This will bring even cheaper displays up to reasonable accuracy.
