Hello.

I received my Series 5 Apple Watch Stainless Steel Gold w/ Gold Milanese Loop today from UPS (they didn't even ring my doorbell, just left the package on the ground).

I picked it up right away and after setting it up for about 15 minutes I found a small knick on the left hand side of the watch. I know production errors can be a thing however I wonder if Apple would allow an exchange to be made for a brand new product or would I have to just return and purchase again?

What’s the difference if you return it and buy another or if they exchange it?

But I’m guessing they would just swap it out with a new one since it came like that and within return date.
