I have my old iphone and my new one. My new one is unlocked and jailbroken, they both are, but my new one is a virgin. I didn't want to restore a backup too it, I wanted it as fresh as I could get it.
But I have a hand full of apps that I would like to grab the user data and copy it to the same directory on my new one. Just an example, The "Whats on? TV app. All the shows I have it tracking on my old phone has to be in a app support folder that I could just copy to my new phone in the same location. I know in OSX it would be in the library maybe under app support or something like that. But I looked all over the the file system, I can't find it. Am I just missing it? Where do these files hide out?
Another method that I was going to try but didn't get very far was to use xcode. But I couldn't get my iphone to show up in the device area of the finder. This use to happen automatically when you chose to manage your ipod/iphone manually in itunes. What am I doing wrong? Any quick advise?
Thank You for all the great tips i know you guys are going to come up with.
