I was looking at the incase sleeves online for my macbook pro... I found a pic on someone's photos of their incase slim sleeve for MBP, and then looked on the apple store and found it, but apparently it doesnt have the handles or clips... does incase make two different sleeve models for the MBP, one with handles/clips and one without? any help is appreciated... thanks

Yes, Incase makes several sleeves for laptops. I have a nylon one, which is similar to the Leather one in your picture.

You can check them out at the Apple online store. Look for the "Incase Nylon Sleeve".

Yeah, the nylon one is the one with the handles and a pocket. It's the one I'm getting as well. If you want, I can report back with impressions when I get it.

I just purchased the nylon incase sleeve w/ handles and pocket today at my local Apple Store. my sister bought one too... but I noticed a difference between them. mine seems like an older model, as the tag said "custom made for powerbook 15" and the interior is a soft mesh-like material. my sister's, on the other hand, had the tag say "custom fit for powerbook 15" and macbook pro 15", and has a plush/fur like interior lining. would the plush/fur or soft mesh provide better protection/insulation, or would the difference be negligible? otherwise very happy with it

Well, I just got my Incase sleeve today, and as promised will post my first thoughts...

It's a nice sleeve, there's three extra pockets, one on each side and one inside the sleeve. The inside of the sleeve is very soft and smooth, makes for easy sliding into the sleeve. The handles are a boon, makes it easy to hold and carry around. It's minimalist looks fits my black MacBook. And there's some cushion between the laptop and the zippers when closed, so your laptop won't be scratched.

But if you want a sleeve that's very smug, this might disappoint. The sides are smug, but the top has a little room, similar to the neoprene sleeves.

Bottom line is that this is a very good sleeve. There probably are better ones out there, but there definitely are much worse ones as well. I'm satisified with my purchase.
