I purchased this case in bright yellow directly from their website. It was $39.99 with free shipping via USPS. The case arrived in 4 days, and included a screen protector, cardboard card to install it, and a cleaning cloth.
While I am pleased with the case, I'm disappointed in the fact that it arrived postage due. Luckily I was home to pay the postage on the spot, or else it would have been returned to sender.
I contacted Incipio by email, detailing this, and after several days, have received no response. I won't be ordering from this company again. I should have purchased a case in person, or through a trusted site, such as Amazon.
