"Include Attachments" Doesn't Work

Every time I forward an email with a picture attached, the picture is never there for the recipient even though I select Include Attachment. Any ideas? :confused:
 
No help, I'm afraid, but I have the same problem. Apple support gave up and told me to go get my phone repaired/exchanged. 3GS, 32GB.
