Incomming call ring does not work

Hi all, I got my iPhone unlocked, but now after a few days, I cannot hear incomming call ring, vibrator also does not work. I have made it sure that its not in mute and the volume is high......... any suggestions ? Aplles told they can restore the Phone to original state

Check the small button on the left side above the volume bar. Flip it forward and back and watch the screen display. It will show a bell (ring on) and bell with bar (ring off).

Just do a restore. The phone's software maybe slightly corrupted
