incompatible apps for plus

Some of the apps are not compatible with plus. Is it possible to make them as compatible? ıf it is yes, how? (without jailbreak)

If I understand correctly, it's just that the apps are scaled. So if the app isn't optimised per device, it would show the same amount of content, but blown up a little larger.

yeah. thats right. some apps blown up a little larger.
maybe its about the publisher of the app. they have to update app for iphone plus i think.

Yes. That's all on the development side. All apps should work properly, they just may not be visually optimized. You could always contact the developer (contact info can be found on the App Store on the apps page) and request that they do it. But if they haven't by now, they probably aren't going to bother.
