iPhone Inconsistent max volume haptic feedback

So I don't know when this feature came about, but I'm guessing around iOS 13.2, basically there's a small haptic vibration when you put the volume to max. The problem is, it's really inconsistant, it sometimes works, sometimes doesnt.

Has anyone experienced this?

The only advice I have is to try a reboot I’m afraid. Just as a data point, it works consistently for me on my X.

Works just fine for my 7 plus, as said above try a reboot, and disabling and re-enabling System Haptics may help.
