Hi Everyone,

I’m currently using an iPad Air 4 64 gb (cheaped out and decided to skimp on the storage) and I noticed a bit of discrepancy between the My files app (photo 1) and the ipad storage on the settings (Photo 2). Looking to get into video editing so I am watching my storage.

According to the files app I only have 4.85 gb free space left but in the settings it shows I still have well over 30 gb left on my iPad. I was wondering which is accurate?

Try restarting the device? The value in the settings should be more accurate.

Let both load for a bit longer than usual. It can take a while to calculate the specifics.
