Some weird hard drive issue I've noticed in the past few weeks. After I ran a disk utility check on my hard drive, the system reported incorrect block counts related to files I just deleted. I ran the repair feature of disk utility and it successfully repaired the volume. I ran another disk utility check afterwards to see if the repair sticked and it did. About a week later, I ran disk utility again and it detected more incorrect block counts for files I deleted the day before. I ran the repair feature again and it was successful just as the last time. The problem only seems to occur after I delete files. Does this indicate a major problem with my hard drive? Any possible fix? My machine is a 2013 MacBook Pro Retina with a 512 SSD running Mac OS Sierra.

As long as it's working fine why worry about it?? I only run disk utility if he computer has an issue (once on my machine in the last 3 years which is the same as yours). The computer will do its own housekeeping for the most part.
