After syncing with my computer, my iPhone reverts back to a random date. Yesterday was July and today was August 23. A simple power cycle fixes the problem when it checks with the ATT towers. I think I checked all settings on my computer and I do not think it is getting its weird time from there at least. Thanks for any help. I'm trying to get this thing to work the way it should tonight. :)

I am having the same problem...
It started happening in the last couple of days.

same problem

apple? hello?

when i spoke with apple support they said they'd never heard of the problem before and recommended i send it in for repair. needless to say, if 3 or more people have gotten the same problem at around the same time, it may not be entirely a one off phenomenon...

For the last week or so, my iPhone constantly shows one hour later than it really is!!

I update to the latest iTunes 7.3.something and the problem stopped.
Hope that helps someone else

I'm having the same problem. Updating to the new itunes did not help. It's giving me the wrong hour and minute and the wrong date.

It's also turning off my 24 hour time EVERY time I sync. AHHH!

Yesterday I went into my office where I get no cell reception. Even though I wasn't there long, it of course killed my battery enough so that by 7pm when I went for a jog in the park, my iPhone battery was dead as a door nail. I plugged it into my car adapter to charge while I ran musicless, and noticed that the time was 1 hour ahead. It's right now though. as is the date, so I don't know what my deal was.
