Increasing frequency of Mac to MobileMe sync

Not sure if this has been posted already, but here is a way of increasing the frequency of the Mac->MobileMe sync which we know is not push.

Problem with this is, I do not have the com.apple.DotMacSync.your_MAC_address.plist file on my Mac, couldn't find it anywhere, I am wondering if anyone else has this problem

It's in ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/

and the your_MAC_address part of the filename will actually be your MAC address, so it'll be a series of numbers and letters.

I know the middle part is replaced by my actual MAC address, but this file does not exist on my system at all, nor anything similar, maybe with the MobileMe updates this information is now stored somewhere else?
