Don't have one. However I may be tempted to ask a sales associate at an Apple store if I can try it on one of their displays.

I am with you in believing the timing for the "lost" and "found" 4G is very coincidental with the timing of the pre-ordering of the Verizon Incredible. I think it is truly a distraction. I am a Verizon Customer, and I really want an IPHONE on Verizon.

Come on Folks. It's no mistake about the leak. If you were one of what must be very few Apple employees to have a 4th Gen iPhone, so you really think you just forget and leave it at a bar? Come on.... It would cost him his job for sure. Nope, sorry. It's no mistake. It is a very carefully orchestrated "leak" complete with validation from Apple's Legal Dept.

And laptops are huge in comparison to a phone.
People lose important things. It happens all the time.
Especially to young men.

Is it me or the timing is simply coincidental that the Incredible Droid launch and iPhone 4G leak are pretty much the same date range? hmmmmm....
same thing Steve did last year when the Palm Pre aka "iPhone killer" was being released... he announced the 3GS... and the year before when sprint had just released that watered down samsung device he announced the 3G...
apart from he does, otherwise he wouldnt keep mentioning android and trying to trash it at every attempt, "if you want p0rn apps on your phone buy and android, we have a moral duty... blah blah, yap yap"
as if he really thinks people havent relised that iphone has a safari internet browser where far more of the stuff is.
at least if there was an adult only app store (and assuing the indudtry concentrated on the apps and the internet was pushed into the background) then parental controls could turn only the adult apps of for children but with the internet through safari the parent can either turn it all on and it be accessible or all off and it hampers the positive use of the device.
When was the last time you ever heard Steve Jobs mention an Android phone on his own accord? His latest statement about the porn was a response to someone's email, he answers lots of emails in a day about a lot of different things. He didn't go up to a podium and start discussing android to all those who will listen. He responded to an email, just because that gets posted on the internet and amplified 100 times doesn't signify anything.
You're confusing the droid incredible with android itself. I'm sure he cares about android, it's of course the competition. But he does not care at all about the droid incredible, or when it is being released or announced or anything.
sure he trashed android at the Q&A at the ipad launch and then at some town hall thing, as far as I can remember.
the fact that he is replying to emails (whether it be about android in general or a specific phone) saying trashing things is proof that he is trying to tilt public opinion away from android as he knows that his comments get wide media attention and a concerned parent may now think 'oh wait android=p0rn perhaps my money on a new phone for my child is better spent on an iphone' and then hey presto free marketing for the iphone at the expence of android, and all of android phones.
and it is quite obvious that the highest profile handset (an HTC droid incredible) on verizon, AT&Ts rival network, would be of significance to both apple and AT&T, as it directly competes with both of them, doesn't it?
