Incredibly slow backups since the iOS11 update?

I have a 10.5" 256gb wifi/cell iPad Pro.

I do not recall that iPad backups were this slow before and I do not even have that much on my ipad (~110gb) yet. I think it takes ~3hrs but it does restore from a backup at a normal speed.

I have seen the stuttering/loading threads but my ipad seems to be running normal with apps but backups are weird to me.

Thoughts?
