Hi Guys,

I have a iPhoneX, GalaxyS10, Sennheiser TW and Sennheiser Momentum 3s.

With the iPhone the sound is too loud, even on the lowest setting. This is frustrating. With the Galaxy, I can control the volume on the Sennheisers separately from the "internal phone volume". This solves the issue. On the iPhone, the controls on the headsets also control the sound on the phone, making it so that I cannot change the sound to how I want -- there is only one set of controls.

There are a few posts about this issue like "changing volume limit" (doesn't work for me), downloading "Equalizer+", or just plain changing head phones. All of these don't address the problem.

I'd really like to buy another iPhone, but this is a deal breaker. I need to be able to control the volume of my music how I want.

Can anybody please help?

Only thing you can control independently from the media sound volume is the ring volume. Everything media related is controlled by one slider.

Yeah I was worried about that. Too bad. Not sure where to go with this now!

Any other Sennheiser users experiencing the same thing?
