index.html in iweb reduces in fetch

HELP! I am trying to upload a site I created in iweb by using fetch. In the folder I published to, the index page is 4KB big, which I think is normal. But by the time its transferred to fetch, it is 324B...which is very small. I think this is what is holding up my site from appearing on the internet.

Maybe someone can help explain the cause of this??

No voodoo here. When you're seeing the 4KB, that's just Apple rounding. If you do a get info on the file the window it brings up will show the true file size.
