Has anyone experienced this yet? I'm looking at the iTunes reviews, and people are claiming inability to view this collection on their Apple TV. Does this mean if I want it on TV, I need to buy it directly on the Apple TV, or does it mean there is no support for the device whatsoever?

EDIT: Thanks for the replies everyone. Looks like this movie set is safe to buy.

The movies work great on the AppleTV. You just need to buy them in iTunes on your computer and they show up on your AppleTV in the Computers Section. The "No iCloud Support" just means that you won't find them in the Purchased Section on your AppleTV.

The do show up on the Purchased Section of iTunes on your computer though.

I assume this is a Paramount or Lucas Films decision.

I am finding this situation confusing.

On Itunes on my PC I am told Indiana Jones will not be available in the cloud.

However there is a icon to buy Indiana Jones the complete set (under new and noteworthy) through the apple tv.

If I buy it through the Apple TV can I watch it through my apple TV without having my pc turned on?

The individual movies are not for sale, however I can add them to the wish list. However these versions are listed as standard definition.

The set of movies is high def correct?

I don't want to waste 60 bucks if I cannot watch it through my apple tv directly.

Also I bought you Only Live Twice Last year (James Bond) and it was not available on icloud.

I had to use the computer setting to watch it through apple tv.

Now Apple has removed all James Bond movies from Itunes, but strangely You Only Live Twice is suddenly in the cloud.

I find that sort of odd.

Anybody else buy some James Bond movies and now finds them in icloud all of a sudden?

EVERY SINGLE MOVIE ON iTUNES HAS THIS WARNING -

This I think is a bug - hopefully Apple clears this up rather soon - not buying anything until they do - but yea every movie has this warning :(

This must be a bug in the store. I bought the documentary "For All Mankind" a few days ago. It's now marked "will not be available from iTunes in the cloud", but I can still see it both on my Apple TV and in the Purchased section of the store.

I think if you buy a movie before things switch over it'll still be available - but for every movie to have this warning it must be in error. Even Disney and Pixar movies say this

I can confirm this is indeed a bug - I just bought Alien - Director's Cut and it does show up in my iTunes in the Cloud - hopefully they fix this rather big bug

itunes was acting coo-coo today - hope this is not going to be the way of the NEW ITUNES coming soon!!

your movie should be working now, btw....
