The only thing I miss from using windows (and I mean the only thing) is the fact that you can control the volume of individual applications from the system tray.
I can't believe this feature is missing from OS X... it seems so obvious!
I know Apple try encourage developers to put volume control in their apps, but not all do this, and when they do it's often inconvenient and fiddly (for example, wanting to listen to iTunes whilst playing a game via Steam while talking to friends on Skype, it's hard to get the volume right using the iTunes/Steam/Skype volume control).
Is this a feature on Mountain Lion? I think it would have already been mentioned if it was, but I'm just making absolutely sure...
