iOS Individuals or companies? And how to master Xcode?

I am wondering about the applications and games in the app. store. Have these applications got developed by companies or individuals?, specially the complicated ones (i.e. advanced social apps and games like racing and sports.....etc).

How can I master the Xcode and become a professional iOS programer capable of creating advanced apps?

What are the best resources of learning the Xcode without a scientific programming background, my education was never touched on programming, I just know some superficial basics about programming (user interface, code writing, integer, string, if statements. Basics like this) I see that writing a code is really not an easy subject it is not a matter of writing a code, you have to know when and where to write this code and how to link codes together and with the user interface.

Also wondering about the nice graphics being used in games applications, how these graphics got created?

If you want to make a game, Xcode is the wrong tree to bark up. Use Unity for making games for any platform, iOS included.

As far as graphics go, you have a few options:

1. You can buy ready made graphics. You can buy a "set" of graphics that are made specific for a game engine. They can be already in a sprite sheet so you don't have to do as much work.

2. You can make your own. There are tons of different programs to help with this, some very expensive, some free.

3. You can modify graphics you buy online.

4. You can pay someone to create graphics specific for you, might be too expensive, but might be worth it. There's sites that have people bid on what you want done, like 99designs.

5. Some sites have free graphics.

Last I remember, Unity has a built in market place, you can buy them inside the program.

Several sites have tons of graphics for sale.
