I am having trouble connecting to my AirPort Extreme (802.11AC) through the Infuse app. It's the latest 2.0 version that just came out today. It shows up when I tap the + icon to add a media source. But I don't know what to put for the username/password fields. FireCore's website says to put "guest" as the username and the WiFi network password for password. I tried this but it doesn't work.

I bought the Pro version since it said one of the features is streaming from network drives (I have a USB hard drive attached to my AirPort Extreme). But alas, it still shows up as blank.

Infuse should have no reason to connect to your Airport Extreme unless you have a USB drive attached? In that case you should try your username and password you use to admin the AE. If that doesn't work, maybe Infuse won't support that configuration (external drive attached to a router).

You can connect to an Airport Extreme (as long as an external drive is attached).

The connection info you'll want to use is a username of 'guest' and the disk sharing password that was created for the device. Note that this password may be different than the Wi-Fi network password.

More details on streaming from other devices, including the Airport Extreme, can be found here.
