I installed 10.15 Beta (19A582a) on my 2018 Mac Mini I5 which has a Samsung 4k TV for a monitor. Here's what I found:
The upgrade went fine until the end, when the monitor's screen just went black. HDMI unplug and replug did not help. I removed all unnecessary devices, hooked up a wired keyboard, and turhed the Mac off and on holding the Option key. The normal logon screen showed up, and Disk First Aid found no errors.
I had to locate and logon to my Synology using IP address. Also had to re pair the PS4 BT controller.
I tried to launch all my 64 bit apps, here's the results (did not test function, just the ability to run):
