Ink Preference Pane? Oh hi.

Good morning all,

So I was using my Mac and then one day discovered that Ink had suddenly shown up. I don't recall installing anything that would make this appear. I have the Mac wireless keyboard and magic trackpad.

The only new peripheral I've plugged in is a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse combo that I use when I boot into Windows via Bootcamp.

Could this be the culprit?

Just came across this as well with a fresh install of 10.8.4 - it looks like an attached Microsoft mice will cause the Ink prefs pane to appear, reboot without it attached and it goes a way.... an interesting feature for 10.8

Ink might also be there due to the Magic Trackpad, since it can be used as a drawing tablet.
