Worked for me! iPod touch 4. Although sometimes it did rotate with instapaper.

i mostly used it because i hate coverflow in the music app, and it did not keep that app from rotating.

now i use nocoverflow (which is even better).

just, for me, the apps i selected to NOT rotate...rotated...
