Hey guys,

I know not many have this issue but if you are using a Wacom tablet with Lion or Mountain Lion and you experience input lag after pressing and express key, go here:

http://www.wacom.com/en/customercare/drivers.aspx

And download the 6.1.7-5 driver (yes its very old).

This fix worked for me and a few others. This happens in any application (ZBrush, Photoshop, Painter, etc).

If you have that problem and the fix works for you please post below and list what kind of tablet you have. I'm trying to get a list across several sites to send to Wacom.

My tablet is an Intuos 4 Wireless.

Thanks for posting this! After installing the driver you listed, the expresskey delay issue was fixed. I'm using a Wacom Intuos4 wireless with OSX 10.8.1

sad that new drivers are worse than the old.

edit: I was experiencing the delays when using the tablet with Zbrush4R4. I hadn't tried photoshop or anything else yet.

Glad it worked for you! ZBrush is almost unusable with that glitch since it relies heavily on the control, option, command and shift keys.

I wish Wacom would get their s*it together and release a real fix :/ It appears that Intuos 5 users are screwed since I don't think they can use the older driver.

Thankyou so, so much! This had been bugging me since the day I switched over to my new mac. I'd almost reached the point of coming to terms with the whole thing and accepting it as the way things are, but I just knew I remembered a time when they actually worked properly.

I had a feeling older drivers might do it, but I only ever tried a couple back. Glad someone kept looking! Thanks again dude.
