hi all, was curious to pick some brains on ways to make the retail store experience better online or instore. am talking to a friend at apple next week on their retail team and he'd asked for suggestions. past ideas they implemented include the genius bar, instore classes, iphone trade in program. Thanks in advance for the ideas!

For me, the most stressful part of the Apple shopping experience comes at the end when I have to pay the bill. I would really, really love Apple.... would probably shop there every day if they would just give their products away for free. After all, Apple prides itself on its progressive culture. What better way to show how forward thinking they are than by rejecting capitalism entirely.
