Instagram error

Hi guys. I just recenly updated Instagram app and opened it up now, to get an in-app banner popup saying something like "debug ota download started". It then disappeared. Really strange. Is that Instagram glitching? Anyone had that error pop up?
I'm using most recent iOS version on iphone 7 plus.

And it also is reloading every time I switch to another app.

And I also discovered that I can long press in an image thumbnail and it will expand in a 3D Touch way... even on my iPhone 6, kind of cool.

I just entered here to post this problem... does anyone know how to fix this??? I tried to re-install it but nothing...
