Instagram ios 10 rich notification doesn't work?

notifications don't appear like this. it appears wihout picture same as before (like ios 9).

i have last version of ios 10 but it doesnt show me the photos like this. And didnt show like this never.
I have the exact same problem and it's driving me crazy. I went to Apple and I even reset my phone and it didn't help.
Seems like Instagram might no longer be doing that for at least a little while now, either due to some bug or on purpose for some reason.
