Instagram on iPadOS 26?

Is anyone having trouble viewing video content using the iPhone app installed on the iPad OS 26? I'm using an iPad M4 11 inch. When I load instagram none of the video content seems to play. It seems like the timing of this issue coincided with my beta install.

Videos seem to be working on my M4 11" under the beta.

hmm maybe i'll reinstall

Weird- reinstalling didn't fix it, but toggling the "windowed" multitasking icon in control center on then off worked, and videos are working again now.

Just posting here for posterity in case anyone else runs into the same issue.
