Instagram problem iphone

Since yesterday I've had a problem with Instagram, I practically don't get notifications push anymore and if I go to the iOS settings and look for the Instagram app the notifications section doesn't appear, can anyone help me?

Same issue since IOS 18
Sometimes i had message notification, sometimes no.. I still don't undestand why
