iPhone Install a geo blocked app without changing App Store location

Hi,
my insurance provider offers up to 40% off of my car insurance if I use a special monitoring app (Allianz Bonusdrive). I live in Germany but have changed my App Store location to India because  One is 85% cheaper this way. Allianz Bonusdrive isn't available in India. Are there any options to install a geo blocked app? Could  configurator work?

Easiest would be to make another German Apple ID and log into the store on your device (you do not have to log out of your iCloud Account). I use a German and American one simultaneously for over 15 years

The only other option would be to sideload the app, but you would have to make sure you trust the source you download the ipa from..
