How to install and play tomb raider on my MacBook Pro have disc and external drive cd

A few things:

1. The CD you inserted is for a game executable only on Windows, not Mac.
2. If you want to play the game using that CD, you'll need to use an Intel Mac and use either a Virtual Machine or BootCamp.

Could you give us more information on your machine?

He won't be able to use it on Mac, see the picture. The files are all .exe which means they're Windows executables.

I can see that, I’m trying to figure out if he has an intel mac or not, therefore being able to run said game via Boot Camp.
