Installation stuck High Sierra

Tried a High Sierra Install form the App Store on my 27inch iMac and it stuck around the 30% mark, left it overnight for 15 hours and nothing moved. After speaking with apple this morning, I did an internet recovery and now the install is tuck at around 50%. I have a back up on a Synoolgy NAS, but I have never had to do a time machine back up. Any ideas what is going wrong guys, thanks in advance

This happened to me. I have to bring it to Apple Service Center to fix it.
