only force restart lets me go in but without jailbreak i cannot do anything not even remove that crap app

I know it's a little drastic, but since 9.3.3 is still signed, I suggest to restore ASAP and re install 9.3.3 and the jailbreak.

i had no any bootloop and not possible to enter any safe mode when jailbreak is inactiv

Use the rejailbreak button, lock your phone and immediately hold down the up volume button until you see your home screen. Then go into cydia and delete air blue.

It's cydia no substrate mode and will allow you to delete tweaks without being jailbroken at the time.

i tried it and didnt work vol up.. it's ok anyway i restored within 10mins.. and itunes backed repos up when i restored phone via itunes.. so i didn't need to individually add them again... even settings of apps tayed as b4 when I reinstalled them..
