Installed iOS 9.1 on iphone 6, now text-to-speech is too fast

Can anyone else confirm this? Text to speech in every app (mail, line, etc) are now unintelligibly fast after installing iOS 9.1. :(

Have you tried adjusting its options in the accessibility section of settings?

disregard, fixed it from the accessibility --> speech menu. Weird how they changed it though. Almost like they heard the complaints about 9.0 being laggy, and then just cranked up all the settings.
