Installer 3.01 (Package downlaod failed!)

I have an unlocked iPhone with ziphone. Ive been able to download some apps, then all of the sudden, no matter what i download i get "Error, Package download failed!"

Ive turned my wifi on and off, turned off edge, hard reset the phone, everything...
