Installer Application is messed

Ok here is what happened

I had a 1.1.3 unlocked with some applications
then i used itunes and upgraded to 1.1.4
then used Ziphone to re jailbreak

then when i go into installer it still shows the orignal applications from 1.1.3 but they are not there and i can not un install them from the installed section>

is there a way to just start fresh with installer and have it defaulted?

Uninstall the applications and then install again. Reinstall the applications if they are not uninstallable.

You should restore to 1.1.4 and jailbreak again. You shouldn't have any jailbreak information left from 1.1.3. Make sure you restore it, not update, and I tell ppl you better restore from DFU mode.
