Installer isn't working right....I think?

I just jailbroke my 3G iPhone and as i was playing around with installer, i noticed it wasn't the same as other from the web. Here is a picture of mine... and here is what everyone else's from the web. Mine is missing the install thing and mine only has like 20 apps and other things. I think i am missing something.. please help

Don't use Installer. Use Cydia instead.

You can get the NES Emulator in Cydia.
Trash Installer, it's rubbish.
