Installer Problem in iPhone 1.1.4

I just used hackthatiphone.com's way of upgrading to 1.1.4. everything works fine, except that installer will not install anything. I was able to update Community Sources, but when I try and install NES or anything else it will freeze on the "Downloading Package" I have no clue what is going on, The only program that I have found that does install is BossTools. And when I use it to move the applications I lose my Calculator app and I am still unable to install NES in installer.

All suggestions are welcome!

Update: Figured it out. . .Just had to reinstall Installer. . .

open installer. go to uninstall. press installer. in top right, it says reinstall rather than uninstall

Thank a lot for the help. I've tried it, but installer closed himself. So the reinstall doesn't works. It's just that simpel to reinstall it!
I'm getting angry of installer.

Thank you. My dumb ass would have never figured that out. Installer's been giving me problems for a while now, I just didn't want to make a thread bugging people to help me out.

if not, ssh into the iphone and replace installer
